Good news, the slow winter months are over and were busier than ever with the spring rush!
New in the shop is Curt Harasinski's 49 Ford Kustom. This is probably one of the coolest customs in Edmonton and definitely the coolest shoebox! Matt Hotte has been fixing up the chop on it and made almost an entire new roof skin. Curts shoebox is almost finished up and should be out on the streets real soon!

Last month Andrew Grendon picked up his 52 Fleetline. Lee frecnhed the headlights using 52 Ford rings, shaved the fuel door, relocating the filler to the trunk, as well as reworked the rear taillights. The rear quarters were extended 2 1/2" and upside 55 Chevy taillights were added.

Since then Lee has started on a 52 chevy sedan, giving it a similar treatment. Frenched headlights, tunneled 39 Ford taillights, upside down. Dechromed, nosed and decked, and all the handles shaved. Picutres will be posted as it gets a little further along. It will be repainted from the beltline down with some scallops added for kick!

The LG Kustom Model A Roadster is now on the road! The plans are to drive it this summer to work the bugs out, then blow it apart again for final paint and upholstery this winter. So far everything is going great on it and Lee has been racking up many miles on it! To see more pictures of this late 40's style roadster simply go to the gallery and check it out under current projects.
Anyways thats all for now. Check back later for more updates!

Well after having the website online for two years now, I have finally figured out how to use it! I have new picture up in the gallery, and have added photo albums to showcase specific areas.
In the mean time the shop is still going strong after a slower than usual winter. Red Deer Swap Meet is around the corner (March 26) so were getting a bunch of stuff ready to bring down. Chris has been working on our new "Hurst Style" motor mounts for small block chevys and will have 3 of them ready to sell at Red Deer. They are based off the original Hurst mounts, but unlike the original ones, ours are refined with more attention to fit and finish and TIG welded. We are selling them for $150cdn, or $225 with flathead rubber biscuits and our AV8 style flathead engine mounts.
For those wanting to run a flathead ford in their hot rod, we have also started producing flathead engine mounts that you can weld to your chassis. They are a very nice classic looking motor mount and sell for $100cdn including the famous "flathead rubber biscuit".
For pictures of these products please check out our photo gallery. There is an album titled "Kool Hot Rod Parts for Sale" with photos of the Hurst Mounts and the Flathead Mounts, as well as other cool parts we make!
Anyways, now that I know how to use this website, I promise I will be updating it more often! I have to get back to work now....

Progress is continuing on Dale Duffy's 46 Mercury Coupe, body is in final primer and almost ready for paint, door jams, firewall trunk and engine bay are already painted. Chassis is fully rebuilt, painted and reassembled. The 276 CID 59A Flathead is broke in and bolted up to the 3 spd top loader transmission. Dales car is being built in a late 50's mild custom style. Its lowered 3 inches and features a full race Flathead.
Bob Grant's 64 Thunderbird is coming along nice. The top has been chopped 3 inches. All emblems, trim and handles have been shaved. All the body lines have been flared using 1/4 round bar and lead to really enhance that "space age" look the designers wanted.
Lee Grant's 29 Roadster is near the final stages. The AV8 chassis, featuring a 3/4 race 8BA flathead mated to a 39 ford top loader transmission, is fully assembled and painted. All that's really left is wiring and some assembly such as gauges, fuel line, and some other minor stuff.
Dave Ryan has his 29 Model A Tudor in the shop. We built a full new chassis using a late 60's vette rearend, and magnum 4" drop axle up front. Engine mounts are ready to be fabbed up for the 351W hooked to a T5 5 speed transmission.
We just finished up Ted Kuchers 32 Ford Roadster. Teds roadster is a late 40's style deuce heavily influenced by the Bob McGee roadster. It features a Flathead V8 mated to a 39 ford trans. 40 Ford rearend and torque tube. Dropped 32 "heavy" axle with stock 32 wishbones. 40 Ford brakes and wheels.
